As you are aware, Mullinax Ford of Central Florida acquires information about you in an effort to help you purchase a vehicle or other services from our Dealership. The information collected comes from a number of sources, which in include you, credit reporting agencies, lenders and this Dealership. The information may be about your credit, financing, insurance, the type of vehicle you are purchasing and its price.

Obviously information we receive from you must be shared with other entities in order to help you purchase your vehicle, finance your vehicle and to maximize your experience with Mullinax Ford of Central Florida.

We will share your information with our lenders to help obtain financing for your vehicle.

We may share your information with the manufacturer of your vehicle.

As you are aware, we offer a number of products to our Customers when they purchase their vehicle to maximize their ownership experience. These products include, but are not limited to, Service Contracts, Tire & Wheel protection, GAP, etc. When you purchase products, information is shared with the companies that provide these products for the purpose of consummating the purchase.

We may use the information to contact you. We may send you a newsletter or other information.

At Mullinax Ford of Central Florida, we are very proud of our Service Department, its Managers, Technicians and Employees. From time to time we may access customer information so we may advise you regarding special promotions in our Service Department or information regarding your vehicle.

In the future we may even make you aware of promotions regarding the purchase of vehicles. It is the hope that your experience at Mullinax Ford of Central Florida is an enjoyable experience and that you will remember us when purchasing vehicles and services in the future.

At Mullinax Ford of Central Florida we restrict access to non-public information about you to those employees who need to know that information to provide products and services to you our Customer. We maintain physical, electronic and procedural safeguards that comply with federal regulations to guard your non-public personal information.

Mullinax Ford of Central Florida does not sell or give information to third parties so that they may solicit or bother you in the future.
